Welcome
to my Photo Gallery. The Lord
called my Becky home on July 3, 2010. I miss her
terribly and look forward to the day when I will join her again at the Father's
throne. In this gallery I am sharing some of our many
photos.
Here we were on our front
porch to say hi and welcome to our web site.
Of course, there are
some that were taken around the ranch I want to share with you also.
This picture on the left was taken when we went to get our pictures taken for our church directory, and is the first professional picture we had taken of our "entire staff": Bob, Becky, and our friend and associate, Chuck Kennedy.
Miss Ludie & Mr. Robert were my parents. One of God's 10 Commandments instructs us to 'honor thy father and mother'. I believe I truly honored mother and dad when I led them both to Christ. At the age of 58 they both became Methodist ministers until they went home to be with Jesus.
My grandson, Dent Ramsey, graduating from high school in Monroeville, AL. The couple to Dent's right are Drs. Rhonda and Chuck Kelley, his aunt and uncle. Chuck, who is president of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and married to my oldest daughter, masterfully delivered the graduation address.
Thought some of you would get a kick out of this picture from 1970 which appeared in The Times-Picayune in New Orleans. It was reused in a half page article December 13, 2003 entitled "Fallen Evangelist Ready for Revival: Preacher who lit up New Orleans returns as changed man." by Bruce Nolan, staff writer. It was a very positive article on the Religion page.
