BECKY'S FAVORITE RECIPES

 

Ice Cream Desert

 

2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

2/3 cup margarine or butter

2 sq sweetened chocolate

1 sq unsweetened chocolate

3 eggs - separated

3 cups powered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup nuts

1/2 gal ice cream (recommend: peppermint or  vanilla w/ peanut butter

 

Spread 1 cup cookies in 13 x 9" pan.  Combine melted & cooled chocolate with butter and eggs.  Mix powdered sugar, vanilla & nuts then fold in egg whites.  Pour over cookies.  Top with favorite ice cream softened.  Top with remaining cookies and freeze. 

 

 

Peach Homemade Ice Cream

 

3 cups sugar

1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix

1 can Eagle Brand milk

6 eggs

1 pint heavy whipping cream

2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

 

Mix all ingredients together.  Fold in 2 cups peeled, diced fresh peaches.  Add milk to top of freezer.  Freeze according to your ice cream freezer instructions.  Pack for 1 hour before serving.
